Global Money Week with Talk Money

Global Money Week 2026

Global Money Week is an annual global awareness-raising campaign held in March to ensure that young people are financially aware and able to make sound financial decisions. The campaign is coordinated by the OECD and the theme this year is "Smart Money Talks". It’s a great platform to start talking to the young people in your life about money matters and planning for their financial futures.

We’ve been sharing ideas from creating online money quizzes to sharing your best financial tips from our Talk Money Facebook page, you can check them out here.

Talk Money Pet ownership fact sheet

Finance fact sheets and teacher resources

Our finance fact sheets are free resources that help teachers and parents guide students through important money lessons.

From starting a job and buying property to protecting against theft and scams, these downloadable resources cover a wide range of topics. Our ‘Pet ownership’ fact sheet shares all the financial considerations of owning a pet. It can be very rewarding, but it’s a long-term financial commitment. Regular costs, such as food and routine vet care, can add up over time.

Browse all of our free resources including posters, worksheets and helpful external websites, all designed to help teach young people about money.
